Be responsible for checking the visual management, layout and
负责对物流仓库的现场目视管理、定置定位和工作流程的规范和检查

Cost Deduction成本降低
Controls logistic cost, including transportation fee of land, air and marine, customers clearance fee, export, storage and etc.
物流费用控制和核算.包括内陆运输费, 空运费, 海运费,报关费,出口费用,仓储费用等等
Negotiates with agents of customer clearances, transportation and logistics every year for cost down
每年与各类供应商包括报关公司、运输公司、第三方物流仓库等等物流供应商进行年降
Searches the better transportation and other logistic sources to reduce the operation cost
寻找更优化的运输方式和代理资源，从而确保降低企业运行成本

New Product Support支持新项目
Supports new product / line launches during ramp up period
支持新产品或新生产线在项目初期

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Planning competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高计划团队的竞争力和客户满意度


Competency Requirements 能力要求
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above 本科或以上学历
2. 2-5 years relative work experience, large manufacturing company preferred 2-5年相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业优先
3. Familiar with MRP and ERP 熟悉MRP和ERP系统
