工作要求Job Requirements： 1. 熟悉MS Office软件和喷涂制程改善能力；Good knowledge of MS office and painting process improvement capability;2. 良好的英语听说读写；Good command Both Oral and written English skill;3. 熟悉汽车配件喷涂线的工艺流程及汽车业外观件的标准和功能要求；Familiar with painting line process of vehicle components and know the standard of appearance and function ;4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
岗位职责Job Responsibility1. 负责新项目的导入和工艺开发；Be responsible for the introduction of new project and process development;2. 负责喷涂制具的开发和改善；Be responsible for the rack development and improvement;3. 负责喷涂程序和参数的设定；Be responsible for painting program and parameter set up4. 负责制作产品的工艺文件；Be responsible for process document;5. 负责对员工进行技术培训；Be responsible for training operators;6. 负责项目的持续改善和优化;Be responsible for continuous improvement and optimization服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
