岗位职责：
1.文件发放，回收，废弃
Release, recover, nullify the document
2.收集、维护内部文件
Collect and maintain internal documents
3.收集、维护外部文件（如：行业标准、客户标准等）
Collect and maintain external documents(e.g. industrial standards, customer standards)
4.保持文件的发放、回收、归档记录
Maintain documents distribution, recovery and filling-up records
5.支持体系要求及审核
Support the system required and audit
6.协助补发丢失、破损文件
Assist to replace lost or damaged documents
7.QS工程师，质量主管，质量经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1 学历和专业Degree and Majority
(1) 大专学历或以上，机械或自动化专业
College Degree or above, Mechanical or automatic control major
2 培训和资历 Training and Qualification
(1) 接受过质量相关知识方面的培训，如质量五大工具，8D问题解决方法，TS16949质量体系。
Have been trained about relative quality knowledge, e.g. five tools ,8D-Problem Solving method, TS16949 quality management system;
3 工作经验Years of Working Experience
(1) 2年以上相关工作经验
More than 2 years relative experience or above
4 核心技能和素质Key Skills and Competency
(1) 具备较强的沟通能力和谈判技巧
With strong communication and negotiation skills
(2) 办公软件操作熟练（如： Excel）
Familiar with MS office (e.g.: Excel)
