Suppliers - clarify specifications, technical product issues
Customers - clarify and define product design, specifications, timing

1. Definition and realisation of project timing plan for motors in accordance with customer, supplier and internal departments including detail validation plan.
2. Define tecnical level and timing of A/B/C- samples
3. Coordination and implementation of new motor designs.and product optimization in accordance with the standardisation requirements
4. Definition and release (internal) of motor specification including negotiation with suppliers and customers
5. Definition and control of customer and supplier motor drawings
6. Definition of motor for new applications by tecnical assessment of RFQ specifications
7. Analysis of validation results, define optimization measures in case of negative **** results and realisation of **** releases in accordance with ****ing dept.
8. Support quality dept. for motor PPAP release and quality issues on production motors.
9. Training in organisational processes and tecnical know how of related departments
10. Conduct all necessary measures in own responsibility for work, health and environmental protection

Requirements:
- Responsibility for functionality and rentability of the related product
- Representative of projects at customer and supplier within the project scope
- Responsibility for CRM and MEC **** release
- Keeping of defined project timing
- Managing of development projects
- Major influence in the tecnical design and with that in the product costs
