概述：Overview负责新项目小组成立，带领项目组成员以项目的时间、成本、质量以及客户需求为中心，开展相关活动并保证目标的达成；Responsible for new project team formation, lead project member doing related tasks to accomplished final goal based on project timing, cost, quality and customer requirement.职责：1.负责新项目时间计划的制定、跟踪和控制，保证新项目相关工装设备投资进度目标的达成；Responsible for new project timing creation, tracking and control to assure the new project relative equipment and tooling investment plan to be reached.2.负责新项目的成本预算的核定和控制，保证项目成本目标的达成；Responsible for new project budget audit and control to assure project cost goal to be reached.3.负责定期召开项目会议，对新项目问题进行跟踪、反馈及关闭，Responsible for held project meeting regularly, new project open issues tracking, feedback and close.4.负责公司PDP-Gate Structure(项目开发流程)在项目中的贯彻和实施，以及在CDB系统中项目数据的完善和维护；Responsible for company PDP-Gate Structure (product development procedure) execution in new project management, project data improvement and maintenance in CDB system.5.负责工程变更的管理和实施；Responsible for ECN management and execution.6.作为与对接客户窗口，负责和协调完成客户指定的工作；Responsible for other customer assignments as a window to customer.7.协助制定项目相关工艺文件、技术标准、程序文件的制定和贯彻实施； Assist to create and execute project relative process documents, technical specifications and standard documents.8. 协助或负责公司重大质量改善、技术改进和降成本工作；Assist or responsible for company quality improvement, technical improvement and cost saving.9.协助公司第三方审核工作；Assist to achieve 3rd party audit. 10.协助分公司与苏州其他部门工作协调和信息沟通工作；Assist to coordination and communication between branches and other department within KASZ.11.完成上级直接指派的其他工作。Achieve other assignments from superior.11. 了解本岗位的环境因素Be familiar with environment factors of his/her own position任职资格：· Over 3 years project management working experience in Automotive industry· Fluent in spoken and written English
