Job Requirements 岗位要求:
1.Engineering college & education background.
2.Minimum 2 years working experience, program management in automotive industry experience is preferred.
3.Able to write and read in English.
4.Good at communication and coordination with others.
5.Good at Microsoft Office tools such as MS Project, MS Excel etc.
6.Has experience in ERP system is preferred.
Main Responsibility主要职责:
1.Performed as project coordinator for new projects and engineering changes.
2.Assist daily work for program manager, e.g. maintain project master list and progress tracking
3.Coordinate cross function team for project task force and problem solving as required
Daily Duties日常工作:
New project management:
1)Manage engineering project timing through the APQP process from concept into production.
2)Prepare and maintain product realization timing plans.
3)Provide clear input to the project team on schedule, issues, and deliverables related to master data management.
4)Maintain a master list of projects with key information including timing, volume, technical and prototype delivery needs.
5)Monitor APQP status of all projects and report problems or concerns to management a timely manner.
6)Work with LAP program manager at all global locations to ensure that project objectives are meet.
Engineering Change management
1)Review BOM structures and ECO change provided by originators for accuracy and completeness if necessary.
2)Define all engineering change implementation plan when ECOs be released according to inputs from cross function team and monitor the progress.
3)Coordinating with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes.
Task force and others
1)Coordinating with cross function team to analyze problems of diverse scope to identify solutions as assigned by management or per team requirement.
2)Interact with management as required for departmental projects and cross functional projects that may include other departments and managers.
