Applies Asia Engineering strategic items (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC, etc.)
Applies company Engineering strategic plan in project to support business growing
执行亚洲工程战略项目（PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC等）
在项目中执行公司工程战略计划，支持业务发展

Set Project goal 设定项目目标
Communicate with customer/SDT to sets up goal for responsible products including timing/ delivery and requirement
联系客户 / SDT 设定负责产品的目标，包括时间控制 / 交付和要求

Set Project plan 设定项目计划
Plans engineer resources / timing and cost for projects and execute the project
安排项目的工程资源 / 时间和成本并执行项目

Leading project Engineer activity in SDT 在SDT中领导项目工程活动
Leads JCI engineer process/tools in project (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, DFC, etc.)
Clarifies customer requirement in responsible product
Engineering benchmarking
Transfers customer / SDT requirement to design/development target
Defines components requirement (material, dimension, performance, appearance)
Identifies engineer requirement to sub-supplier
Corporates other tire I supplier on engineer issue
Parts supplier capability assessment
Technical window person for customer / supplier technical issues/ proposal
Approves supplier sample delivery,( Off tool sample approve )
Supports product verification activity internally and externally
Project engineer issues tracking and solving
Draws up ECR and tracking execute after ECO
Controlls project budget within PD2
Draws up PD3 if necessary

在设计 / 开发目标中体现客户 / SDT要求
确定部件要求（材料、尺寸、性能、外观）
明确对分供应商的工程要求
就工程问题与一级供应商沟通
零件供应商能力评估
客户 / 供应商技术问题 / 建议的技术联系人
批准供应商样品交付（核发工具样品批准）
支持内部和外部的产品验证活动
项目工程问题的跟踪和解决
制订ECR并在ECO后跟踪执行情况
在PD2范围内控制项目预算
如有必要，制订PD3

Solve technical issues 解决技术问题
Initiates resolution of key technical issues
提出关键技术问题的解决方案

External communication外部交流
Communicates with OEM customers and suppliers
Communicates with SDT team update engineer status in project, getting necessary support from SDT
与OEM客户和供应商保持联系
向SDT团队通报项目工程状态，从SDT获得必要支持

Value 价值
Assists in setting the design plan, controls the minimum cost while maintain product’s quality and appearance
协助制订设计计划，控制最低成本，同时保持产品的质量和外观

Technical 技术
Completes the technical document, e.g. product data, blueprint and BOM
撰写技术文件，如产品数据、蓝图和BOM

Competency Requirements
任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering or Technical field 本科或以上学历，工程或技术专业

2. 3-4 years work experience in Engineering related function 3-4年工程相关部门工作经验

3. Material & Product process knowledge 物料 / 产品流程知识

4. Project Management 项目管理
