process planning and optimization流程计划和优化ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产***实践和标准的适应情况assists in establishment of plant ip/dp/foam/foam tools process guidelines, assesses processes for their relevance, and assesses the adequacy of engineering equipment协助制定工厂仪表板、或门板、或发泡、或发泡模具的流程指导，评估流程的适当性以及工程设备的准确度
equipment control设备监控reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet best in class requirements referencing bbp检查设备流程的各项因素，以确保一切符合最高要求ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage确保一项运作或流程的所有方面都符合相关的规定
process control流程监控ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs确保按照最适宜的水平、正确的速度和产出质量运作流程，以满足供应需求assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant承担监控环境、流程当前情况及工厂的责任
product issue settlement 产品问题的解决makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution进行观察并直接采取措施，从其他相关的技术和操作人员处收集并解读数据
technical trials 技术试验plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts计划和开展技术试验，准备报告、流程图和图表
continuous improvement持续改进monitors modifications and upgrades, and trouble shootings existing processes监控修改和更新，解决现有流程中的问题improves process competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高制造工程的工艺流程的竞争力和客户满意度
competency requirements 能力要求

bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering preferred.本科或以上学历，工程专业优先。manufacturing / mechanical engineering background, 3 years of working experience in assembly process.机械工程背景，在装配领域有3年的工作经验。knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.精益生产知识优先related process knowledge(decided by plant)相关流程知识problem solving解决问题teamwork团队协作
