职位目标 Position Target:
The Project Engineer is full responsible person for success of the new product development in terms of cost, quality and timing. Externally, Project Engineer convince customer to get more relax requirement. Internally, Project Engineer lead whole team to finish creation of new material, new process, new tools and new machines on schedule and within budget cost.
工作内容 Job Content:
-Responsible for new product development in terms of Cost, Quality and Timing during all the life of project;
-Lead Project Team, and is able to coordinate tasks associate with project development among different departments in the company to ensure tasks are completed within required time table; and is able to work under high pressure;
-Conduct and champion all project meetings and conference calls. Follow regularly the risks and implement all needed actions to reach the defined targets;
-Check and analyze customer requirements, and make sure that solutions can meet customer expectations and needs;
-Promote Company Products expertise and know-how at the customer, and build relationship at the customer at the development level;
-Responsible for all the audit from customer during development phase, e.g. OTS audit, PPAP audit(including documentation consolidation, like flow chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and so on) .
-Understands the trend at the customer, in order to foresee the next developments and develop opportunistic business to ensure and maintain company‘s strong position as a leading innovative partner.
-Monitor Key Account Manager with all open payment, which is new product development related, during the whole life of project.

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), master degree is a plus;
培训经历 Training Experience:
-熟悉TS16949质量标准。
经 验 Work Experience:
- More than 3 years experience in Project Management;
- Experienced dealing with Automotive OEMs is preferred.
技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
- Proactive lead with good communication skills that can work effectively with co-workers, customers and suppliers;
- Team player;
- Fluent English skills of reading, writing and communication.
- Master the skills of PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP

- Adapted to high frequency of business trip
-Self engaged, aggressive , passionate on work
-Team work spirit.
