Qualification：
· Diploma degree or above, major in business or administration prefered.
· Minum 2 years work experience with industrial background.
· Knowledgably of car industry is an advantage.
· Good communicate skill of English in both writing and oral.
· Declaration context or export/import logistics relate experience is a advantage.
· Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibility:
· Responsible for daily operation in terms of sales.
· To support the input and maintenance of business databases and quote database .
· Maintain customer relationship.
· Place internal order to purchasing department/production team base on customer order or forecast.
· Make forecast and consumption analysis so as to keep reasonable stock level.
· Arrange the delivery related action.
· Work with purchasing team on stock fill-in and logistics team on delivery.
· Other action arranged by team leader.

Other Requirement:
· Team work spirit, can work independently and under pressure.
· Integrity, honest, ambitious and patient, can go to details.
· Reports to the Sales Operations leader.
