Trouble Free Production 确保无故障生产
Coordinates assembly with others departments namely Logistic, Quality, in terms of trouble free production/assembly与物流部，质量部合作，确保无故障生产
Be responsible for a trouble-free production flow and product quality based around 0ppm 100% delivery performance to customer负责无故障的生产流程和产品质量。

High Quality Control 控制高品质
Ensures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectation/requirement确保符合客户要求和期望的高品质产品

Production Process Improvement 生产流程改善
Provides analyze and revises production process in order to optimize capacity utilization分析并更新生产流程以优化产能利用率
Cooperates with CSC manufacturing department in order to ensure continuous improvement and set up best practice与CSC生产部门合作以确保持续发展和制定最佳实践

Enhance Cost Efficiency 提高成本效率
Provides regular cost evaluation in order to enhance efficiency提供定期的成本评估以增加效率

New Projects Launch 新项目启动
Ensures launches of new projects, be responsible for proper ramp up 确保新项目的启动，负责可能的产能提升

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
· Bacheor’s Degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.本科或更高学历，工程专业尤佳。
· 2-5 years work experience, in manufacturing field (at least four years must be in automotive environment). 在制造领域有2-5年的工作经验（必须在汽车领域有至少4年的经验）
· Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT) environment highly desired.在汽车内饰按需准时生产（JIT）方面的经验尤佳
· International exposure a plus需要国际环境中的工作经验
· Process Engineering工艺工程
· Customer communication客户沟通
· Leadership skill领导技能
