Responsibilities:

? Responsible to manage and control the Facilities & Utilities for the Company, being a trusted partner to the business on all Facilities related matters

? Represent a point of reference for use and manage new advance facilities

Duties:

? Develop and implement Facilities & Utilities efficiently used and maintained plan;

? Ensure the Facilities& Utilities team members develop well with efficient Human management system;

? Establish and improve the equipments controlling.analysing and spare parts managing system;Maintain and renew the technical equipments;Improve the productive efficiency and reduce the cost;

? Develop the equipment management regulations ,implement facilities examination and report.

? Conduct team member to deal with the equipment issues during manufacturing; Ensure the equipments operating regularly;

? Organize the manufacturing team to train on safe forecasting.precaution.dealing and improving;

? Improve company members' sense on using and managing the equipments;

? Ensure the equipments operating can efficiently satisfy the manufacturing needs.

Professional Skills:

? Deep knowledge of the mechanisms.TPM system.OEE.

? Deep knowledge of safe manufacturing

? Deep knowledge of team management

? Deep knowledge of hydraulic pressure.machining and other powertrain manufacturing equipments

? Deep knowledge of requirements to equipments operators

? Deep knowledge of the PLC System.wiring.piping skills and consumption;

? Deep knowledge of professional equipments maintenance.
