Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for project management for some critical door closure parts, like sealing, sunroof or door latches etc. - Manage door closure SQE team to ensure successful delivery of door closure programs. - Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit.- Ensure the supplier understand CQAC supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them. - Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process. - Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures for all door closure parts. - Manage door closure SQE and monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact CQAC facilities.- Drive continuous quality improvement across the door closure supplier base.- Escalate the critical issues to management for support.Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree with an engineering or manufacturing discipline preferable.- Minimum 6 years experience as SQE, including 2 years as the SQ leader. Previous experience on door closure parts highly preferred.- Strong supplier quality background, proved professional skill on supplier quality assurance.- Familiar with quality assurance tools, e.g. error proofing, Six Sigma and metrology.- Solid experience with project management/review and supplier audit.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to interact with suppliers and cross functional team. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses simultaneously.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
