Skills / Knowledge requirements:1. Excellent English communication skill2. MS Project knowledge－ －-medium to high skills required, do not want entry level knowledge3. Excel and PowerPoint skills- medium level, would consider basic, however would need to evaluate further4. Some type of automotive work plan knowledge, either General Assembly, Power train, Product Development, Supplier Component work planning5. Able to begin immediately or say within maximum of 2 weeks6. Confident and able to take work assignments and talk with many different people at all levels to complete work when needed7. Minimum work experience in automotive industry 1 yearResponsibilities:a. Create, modify, update MS Project Master Timing Plans for vehicle programsb. Track, update excel type documents and create reports in PowerPointc. Schedule and coordinate meetings between CQAC and its global business partners as directedd. Other work tasks associated with vehicle development programs within a program management group
