Primary Responsibilities:1.Provide high quality technical service to manufacturing engineer and customers through a solid grasp of end user application and know-how of their technical requirement.2.Develop business opportunity of new product and application in line with the objectives of V-TYC.3.Act as a link between customer and V-TYC on matters related to product and application.4.Technical Service – ensure timely and effective technical support to customer for full satisfaction of using our product. Resolve problems in application. Involving pilot running of new products in optimizing processing conditions.5.Product Quality Maintenance and Improvement – be a strong advocate of quality and actively initiate/support the improvement of product quality.6.Complaint Handling – investigate product-related complaint from customer and suggest settlement. Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the handling of the complaint.7.Application and Competition Knowledge – monitor and report market trend, competition activity and product trend. 8.Responsible for lighting product development to meet customer requirements.Key Qualifications:1.A minimum BS degree or equivalent (preferably in Plastics)2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical area with lighting and Plastics tooling converter industry. Experience of working in foreign or JV Company of Auto industry is a plus. Able to communicate in English Mandarin, verbally as well as in writing.3.Proficient in Computer MS and ACAD.4.Plastics product know-how and application.5.Excellent team player.6.Good analytical skills and be able to organize and plan activity independently.7.Effective communicator with all levels in the organization and with external party.8.Be a professional, maintaining high standard and discipline in their work
