Responsibility: 1.Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production equipment. 2.Maintains production equipment in a manner which meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime3.Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. 4.Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. 5.Administers training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures. 6.Maintains inventory or spare parts. Responsible for scheduling activities. 7.Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. 8.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels. Qualification: 1.B. S. degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronics or other related major 2.6 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or equipment area with at least 2 years managing a team3.Experience with high volume manufacturing or new product introduction. Working knowledge of ISO9001 /ISO14001 systems and TS16949 4.Experience working in pressure sensor or semiconductor assembly and test industry will be a plus 5.Fluent in MS office and CAD, proficient oral and written English 6.Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability
