Main aim of job:
Concept, realization, installation and start of welding equipment for the projects of the Asia region.
Support for technical modifications on the current serial equipment. 
Continuous amelioration of welding processes.
Main welding technology: laser werding.

Job description:
Calculation of welding equipment during the acquisition of the new projects.
Simultaneous Engineering with the development of the business division in order to get an easy manufacturable process.
Creation of welding concepts (especially laser welding) in collaboration with the ZFT-welding technology team in Germany.
Insure the quality requirements through the use of methods like P-FMEA, QFD, Poka-Yoke, Capability studdies,…
Write the specifications related to the release concept. 
Follow the design and manufacturing of the equipment by external suppliers.
Install and launch the equipment in the Asia locations.
Handover the equipment to the plant after completion of the project requirements.
Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the project and the serial phases.
Provide innovations and technical ameliorations of the processes in collaboration with the specialists of the ZFT and the plants.

Job requirement: 
Formal education: Engineer mechanical, machine construction, welding engineer. Technician with experience in welding area.
5- years experience in the IE area / production area with welding equipment (laser welding) . Automotive or high serial industry.
Specialized Knowledge: Robot technology; Laser welding technology; FMEA; MTM; Project management; Cost calculation und cost comparison; PC knowledge (MS-Office, Autosketch)
Training in Germany should be planed for a period a 3 monthes minimum.
Fluent English, German is preferred
Personal profile: Able to react in different changeable situations and problems; Responsible to meet the targets; Able to set action plans Negociation with suppliers; Business trips within and outside China; Responsible for cost, timing and quality.
