Main aim of job:
Responsible for the plant QMS and EMS can fulfill ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirement.Interface between plant and the 3rd audit party. Adheres to Brose Changchun & Brose Group Quality Policy.

Job description:
-Responsible plant QMS and EMS plant internal audit. Support each functional team can meet ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirement.
-Follow-up all open issues after each internal and external audit.
-Responsible workstation audit and follow-up the corrective action situations.
-Responsible plant Process documents archive into the BIN.
-Provide internal QMS & EMS general information training.
-Internal D-part Training.
-Yearly report to ZQU.
-Tasks that are for the benefit of Brose which assigned by Manager.


Job requirement:
-Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field
-Minimum 3 years experience in Quality system in the automotive industry or ancillary industry
-Good communication skill with internal and external
-Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
-Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use
-APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D
-Fluent English, both speaking and writing
