Requirement：
- College degree. 大专以上学历
- Majored in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 机械、电子或制造工程专业。
- CET 4 or above, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) CET4. 或者更高，听说读写熟练。
- Strong engineering discipline and problem solving skills. 良好的工程工作理念和问题解决能力。
- 3 years working experience in Automotive Industrial. 三年汽车制造行业经验。
- APQP，PPAP and TS16949 experience. 有APQP，PPAP and TS16949. 经验。
- LEAN manufacturing implementation experience. 有精益生产实施经验。
- Good communication, organization & time management skills. 良好的沟通，组织和时间管理技巧。
- Good business ethics and professional spirits. 良好的职业道德和专业精神
- Good teamwork. 良好的团队合作
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sensor and switch design experience; 至少3年汽车传感器和开关设计经验；
- Knowledge and relevant experience on non-contact speed sensor technology preferred; 有非接触式速度传感器技术知识及相关经验；
- Knowledge of Six Sigma; 具备6个西格玛知识；
- Microsoft XP and Office 2003 application skills. 熟练应用 Microsoft XP 和Office 2003；
- Proficiency in Catia V5 and Auto CAD, Knowledge of UG, I-DEAS, Pro-E. 熟练运用Catia V5和Auto CAD，了解UG, I-DEAS, Pro-E.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with home divisions to design new products per customer specifications, communicate with customer for new design proposal if required. 协同总部工程师根据客户规范设计新产品；如有必要，将主导和客户沟通新的设计建议。
- Generate and maintain engineering product specifications, product and component drawings. 制定并维护产品工程规范，产品和零件的图纸。
- Coordinate with other departments to build prototypes. 协调其他部门制造生产样件。
- Coordinate validation for new design. 协调新设计的验证实验。
- Generate and maintain bill of material. 制定并维护相关产品的物料清单。
- Assist product cost analysis. 协助产品的成本分析。
- Manage ECN process in Stoneridge Suzhou. 管理公司的工程变更过程。
- Provide product knowledge support for quality, manufacturing, etc. 对相关质量和生产等问题提供产品技术支持。
- Work with purchasing group to qualify new component vendors, develop technique agreement for sourced and manufactured products. 与采购部合作，对新供应商进行质量认证；为确定的产品制定技术评审。
- Implement cost reduction measures to reduce costs while ensuring product quality. 在保证产品质量的前提下降低成本并实施测量。
- Others assigned by supervisor. 上级主管部署的其它任务。
