Requirement:
- College Bachelor's degree majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Good English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years or more relevant experience
- Familiar with Labview and PLC programming.
- Knowledge of machinery components, such as cylinder, relay, motor , valve and PLC, etc.
- Working experience in a multi-national company is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional image
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be with experience to use one kind of logical language to write program for industrial device
- Creative and excellent organizational skills
- Team player

Responsibility:
- Design, develop and validate process compliance with APQP for new projects.
- Design and balance customized production line, including equipment, fixture and gauge, etc.
- Qualify equipment and tooling vendors for new process machinery.
- Generate and maintain engineering documents and procedures, such as flow chart, PFMEA, MWI, process feasibility study, etc.
- Support production on technical issues affecting product quality, manufacturing, and equipment effectiveness.
- Improve existing process pass yield, error proofing, etc.
- Implement cost saving initiatives to reduce direct production costs.
