职位描述:

Duties and responsibilities: 
? Responsible for product mechanical development cycles from concept design to aunch of mass production 
负责产品从概念设计到批量生产的机械研发周期内的工作； 
? Translate functional specifications into mechanical design requirements 
负责把产品的功能性规范转换成机械设计需求； 
? Optimize the design for cost competitiveness and manufacturability 
优化设计达到具有竞争力的成本目标和可制造性； 
? Select mechanical components & materials based on design requirements and cost target 
根据设计要求和成本目标挑选机械零部件和材料； 
? Working closely with electronic development, suppliers and quality team to ensure a solid manufacturing process 与电子研发、供应商、质保团队紧密合作保证稳定的生产过程； 
? Documentation of design details 
编制设计过程的具体文件； 
? Working closely with suppliers for rapid prototyping of mechanical parts 
与供应商紧密合作，完成机械零件的原型样件； 
? Supporting of production process. 
支持生产过程； 
? Customer related communication 
与客户进行业务沟通； 
? Moderation of D-FMEA and P-FMEA 
负责D - FMEA和参与P – FMEA 
Requirements: 
? Bachelor degree or plus in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from accredited universities 
机械工程专业的学士学位或以上同等认可的学位 
? 3 years min. mechanical design/engineering experience, preferable in automotive Industry 
三年以上机械设计经验，汽车行业优先 
? Good understanding of packaging (transfer molding and plastic injection processes) 
熟悉电子元件的封装工艺（传递模塑和注射模塑） 
? Solidworks, AUTOCAD or equivalent computer aided software using skills/experience 
精通Solidworks, AutoCAD 或同等CAD 软件 
? Energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills 
具有较强的人际交往和团队协作能力； 
? Business fluent English in both spoken and written language, German language skills optional 
流利的商务英语口语和书面表达能力(或德语）； 
? Willingness to travel domestic and international 
愿意经常国内外出差。
