2.2 Audit supplier and help them to do well the process control.
2.3 Audit potential supplier, evaluate supplier performance. Make continue improvement planning, and root cause analysis.
2.4 Draft inspection standard and check standard.
3.Customer quality management
3.1 New parts trial run tracking.
3.2 New parts PPAP submit.
3.3 Customer site quality issues feedback and tracking .
3.4 Feedback and response Customer complain.
3.5 Communicate with customer and manage customer service person
