Position scope:
- Technical support to internal and external customers
- Onsite technical support to key customer if required
- Technical support for current product engineering, select right product to meet customer needs
- Lead projects to modify current product to meet customer needs
- Familiar and deep understand our product line and to be familiar with engineering tool box.
- Work closely with sales team to promote our products and build good relationship
Position purpose:
- To provide technical support to sales team. Understand our product line and customer applications to select right product to meet customer requirement. Improve the speed and quality to response customer request.
- Lead small project to modify current product or process to meet customer requirement. Link closely with customer technical department to better support customer.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical support to internal and external customers
- Provide product/service training and tech show to OEM customer and end users
- Organize technical seminar to OEM customers and AM customers
- Onsite technical support to key customer if required
- Technical support for current product engineering, select right product to meet customer needs
- Lead projects to modify current product to meet customer needs
- Familiar and deep understand our product line and to be familiar with engineering tool box.
- Work closely with sales team to promote our products and build good relationship
Qualification:
Education
- Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is preferred, major in engineering flied. (internal Combustion engine or automobile engineering background preferred)
Working experience
- At least 3 years relevant work experience (in JV or MNCs is preferred).
- Experience in automotive industrial, application engineer or technical service experience preferred)
- Experience in CAD software (Pro/E preferred)
Other requirement
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and oral English
- Must be able to read and understand drawings
- Must be flexible in taking on different responsibilities as the work changes.
- Must be a team player and work effectively in cross functional groups/teams.
- Must be self motivated and require minimal supervision.
- Strong desire to learn while working, taking new challenges with a positive attitude.
