Position: Quality System EngineerLocation: Ningbo

Position Summary

Responsible for management system establish and maintain. Monitor the management system implement status.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible for establishment and maintainability of quality management system and support HS&E management system
Arrange internal audit and management review. Including internal quality management system audit, Process audit, Layer audit, Line walk audit and product audit.
Participate in customer audit and third part audit. Submit correction plan and follow it
New project launch audit with project team. Building the correction plan and follow it
Collect and implement the customer requirements of quality management system. Regular contact with customer 
Responsible for document management
Responsible for KPI/BSC management and tracking the correction status
Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system
Work with service group to establish a robust monitoring machanism for field quality
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency 
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques

Requirements

Requires a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Quality Management; and a combination of two years Manufacturing Engineering /Quality experience in the automotive industry.
Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001 & ISO18001, knowledge of Quality Systems
HS&E systems and Lean Manufacturing
Process improvement leader

Understanding of automotive customer special requirement
Fluent English/Mandarin
