1. Develop the robotistic process for new projects according to project timing plan 
2. Generate the Process Flow Chart 
3. Generate PFMEA with team members from professional aspect. 
4. Create the Tool and Fixture development plan, implement it till all the tools and fixtures are ready for production. Review the design proposals and make sure the tools and fixtures are robust enough with best error-proof, minimize the risk of setup in production. 
5. Define New project Layout to minimize operator number, reduce operator and material movement, minimize the production area to achieve high efficiency, minimize the potential risk of process. 
6. Define professional product Package Proposals following customer specification to prevent the products from any potential damage during the transportation. 
7. Provide daily technical support to production department for the issues related to process, tools, fixtures and workmanship. 
8. Review the Work Instructions for the production 
9. Review the package spec from suppliers. 
10. Make the samples for customer per dedicated purpose. 
11. Review members job and report to supervisor 
12. Other tasks assigned by supervisor 
1、Major in Mechanical design from a national well-known university, Bachelor degree is a Must. 
2、More than 5 years experience in automotive industry, at least 3 of 5 in one company continuously. 
3、High skills in using 3D software like I-deas, UG, AutoCAD. This requirement is a Must. 
4、English Level CET-4 is a must 
5、Basic oral English 
6、High skills in MS-Office 
7、Good command of ISO/TS16949 system, good command of APQP/FMEA/SPC/CP - Must 
Team work spirit, self-driven, result/customer oriented, careful observation 
Willing and patient to do something this is very complex and complicated. 
Logically trouble shooting, analysis and reporting skills 
Good control of progress, mind of timing
