RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inspection on raw material /first piece /production process.
- Perform product dimension measurement and functional **** for manufactured product and new product.
- Perform the product audit before shipping
- Perform gages and **** equipment calibration and GR&R measurement
- Perform maintenance for gages and **** equipment
- Report and handle quality problem during production timely
- Make summary report on measurement data and complete quality report.
- 执行原材料/首件/生产过程中的检验工作
- 执行已有产品和新产品的尺寸测量和性能试验
- 执行发运前的产品审核工作
- 执行量具和检测设备的校准和GR&R测量工作
- 执行量具和检测设备的维护保养工作
- 及时汇报和处理在生产过程中出现的质量问题
- 完成测量数据汇总报告以及质量报表

SKILLS
- Special High School or above, with skill of English reading.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in process and product inspection.
- Skillful on operating the essential measurement equipment and gage.
- Knowledgeable about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Knowledge on the quality tools of MSA, SPC, PPAP (preferred)
- 中技及以上学历，具有一定的英语阅读能力。
- 至少2-3年的产品和生产过程的检验经验
- 具备使用一些基本的测量仪器和量具的能力
- 具有机械制图和几何公差配合知识
- 具有有关MSA, SPC, PPAP质量工具的知识（最好）
