Position Summary职位描述：
1.This position is responsible for: Material planning to 100% meet production and customer demand, work-in-process control. Direct and indirect material plan meet production plan.该职位主要负责制定生产计划，在符合生产实际情况下100%满足顾客需求。对生产过程中的物料进行监控。制定直接及间接物料计划。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities工作职责：
1.Clearly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept.与销售部门共同工作，准确了解顾客需求，制定滚动需求计划；
2.Precisely upload the production plan into the ERP/MES system.准确更新生产计划到ERP或MES系统中；
3.Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept and Purchasing.当顾客需求变化时，协同生产，销售与采购共同更新相关计划；
4.Working with purchasing Dept, Make sure all direct and indirect material plan 100% meet production request;与采购部共同制定直接及间接物料计划，100%满足生产需求；
5.Make sure 100% on-time delivery is happening all the time; 确保交付100%准时达成；
6.Pre-alert before catastrophic.对生产计划无法执行提前预警；
7.Work with Warehouse and production to establish and maintain the continued improvement systems.与库房和生产共同制定持续改进计划；
8.Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained;维护计划数据并保持最新；
9.Work-in-process material control;对在制品物料信息进行监控；
10.Cooperate with Quality with rejects and suspects, make sure the data accuracy and well keep in place with production.与质量协同，确保不良品及可疑品数量准确，存放妥当；
Requirements / Qualifications职位要求：
1.Bachelor Degree;学士学位
2.3+years production planning and workshop management experience in automotive industry;三年以上工作经验，汽车业生产计划及车间管理经验
3.Experience in ERP/SAP/MRP is preferred;有ERP/SAP/MRP 相关经验
4.Experience with general office computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);熟练操作电脑相关软件
5.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;英语口语及读写能力
6.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;较强的团队合作，跨部门沟通能力
7. Leadership potential is a plus潜在的领导力
