职位要求
Job Purpose
Support purchaser and purchasing manager in daily work.
Job Duties
- Create sample PO in AX system according to supplier, price and lead time input from purchaser;
- Print sample PO, get signed and send to supplier;
- Follow sample delivery and update sample status to internal customer;
- Prepare sample payment requisition, get signed and transfer to finance after goods and invoice received, ensure sample payment was going to supplier on time;
- Create tooling PO in system and get signed according to MOU agreed with suppliers;
- Prepared tooling payment requisition, get signed and transfer to finance, according to payment term defined in tooling PO;
- Create and update supplier information in AX system;
- Create and update purchasing part price information in AX system;
- Scan purchasing contract and documented in public drive;
- Monthly PPV report preparing and send to finance;
- Get physical sample from warehouse when needed;
- Other work assigned by purchasing manager
Skills/Qualifications
- Good in English both reading listening;
- Be familiar with Microsoft office, especially excel;
- Focus on detail and willing to learning.
- Bachelor degree;
- Manufacture enterprise working experience is a plus.
