职位要求

Job Description:
1. Evaluate company talent development needs according to business strategy. Interfaces with top management to understand and provide training and development projects consistent with company needs.
2. Lead training and development activities:
- Annual training and development projects Monthly Training Schedule;
- Training and development Implementation monthly data analysis;
- Internal trainer and training materials management;
- Training and development catalog, material and records management;
- Training Evaluation;
- Training system maintenance improvement.
3. Talent pool management includes selection, promotion retention.
4. Drive annual Performance and talent review Process by providing guidance to local human resource partners regarding key activities and responsibilities at each stage of the process (PLAN, PERFORM, REVIEW) to coaching on critical conversations with the goal.
5. Formulate and implement policies, development program and curricula based on knowledge and understanding of business unit objectives, departmental needs, business systems or changes in products, procedures or services, which may impact related training needs.
6. Coordinate with HR Development Department at German Headquarter and build up the concept in China
7. Work with external experts and act as internal consultant for any internal training and development needs.
8. Training and development budget forecast and management.
9. Develop and improve professionalism of team members.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for training and people development.
- Good planning, organizing and coordination skills for training and development activities.
- Strong training consulting and business engagement skills.
- Advanced facilitation skills are essential.
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to operate within different cultures and nationalities.
