Job Specifications- Responsible for vehicle plan, material plan, MAUS plan, competition survey.- Responsible for investment plan.- Responsible for projects in area of sales including order processing, open payment follow up.- Being key user of SAP/Sales. Set up and maintain SAP date input and set up sales report to the management team including the budget comparison, price development and car sales volume.- Prepare quotation and lead the negotiation with customer after confirmation with the supervisor.- Reach the approved projects target (Capacity, timing, cost, profit).- Contribute to offer solution for the problem at customer, process the profit improvement action and fulfill the technical change.- Prepare the sales forecast of the Chinese auto market and select all relevant market information. Select competition information and work in team to set up the annual sales plan.- Analysis the Chinese OEMs and get OEM projects information at early stage, including their marketing, development and purchasing strategy.- Coordinate and manage the series projects, plan and organize the service parts business including life time requirement and tooling issues, even after EOP.
Qualifications- Bachelor degree or above- Min 3 years’ experience in automotive industry- Good communication skills in Chinese and English- Negotiation and coordinate the technical change.- Price negotiation for the series projects after confirmation with supervisor.
