Job responsibilities: including but not limited to职责（包括但不限于） :
1.Works with cross functional team to identify roles and responsibilities of team member involved in the project
2.Plan, organize, control and coordinate detailed phases of projects. Project Filter (e.g. new project meetings), control (kick-off/approval/prioritization), manage (review/audit/monitoring)
3.Trouble free launch of new products and process changes in line with predefined targets
4.Make sure preparation status including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, tools, gauges, human resources, documentation for quality and safety, and so on)
5.Prepare relevant project documentation and audits. Implement, update and continuously improve project management related processes
6.Manage customer communication, coordination, and issue resolution within the team for new projects launch
7.Handling samples requirement and make the delivery on time
8.Quality management according to APQP/PPAP procedure
9.Smooth project hand-over from process design phase to production Phase
10.Effective management of project schedule and related cost
11.Escalate risk/ issue in time
Job requirements（职位要求）:
1.Bachelor degree of Engineering or Equivalent
2.At least 5 years of experience in engineering in automotive industry and over 2 years project management
3.Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills. Good problem solving and conflict management skills. Good facilitation and presentation skills
4.Fast learner on technical issues and problems
5.Ability to multi- task and prioritize
6.Experiences with coils/solenoid manufacturing is preferred
7.Good English in writing and reading, fluent oral English is preferred
