工作地点：太仓昆山、上海、苏州通过外服缴纳当地社保和公积金工作要求 Job Requirements： 1.Bechelor degree in engineering related 2.Rich experience in program management demonstrated by launching several products from award to SOP 3.Knowledge of products,processes and technologies of automotive components 4.Fluent oral and written English 5.Communication skill,cross-cultural skill,leadership skill,management skill,mechanical and manufacturing knowledge. 6.Positive and open-minded personality. 7.Familiar with Diecasting be plus 岗位职责 Job Responsibility: 1.Complete responsibility for this project from project start (nomination of the core team) to project end (SOP plus 3 months or hand over to serial production) 2.Lead project team to achieve on-time within-budget launches while ensuring customer and internal interests are satisfied 3.Strategic planning and execution on new product line launch development 4.Represents the project and maintains relationship externally and internally 5.Provides a regular report with all project stakeholder and toll gate review to management 6.Is responsible for change and risk management 7.Provides fast and consensus orientated solutions, especially between customer request and technically, timely, economically or qualitative possible solutions 8.Decision making for the successful execution of all tasks necessary to ensure that the defined project goals are achieved technically, timely, economically or qualitative
