职位要求
Responsbility
？ Establish CIP process and system and widely promote CIP principle to encourage individual contribution, group discussion and management projects to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost and enhance the environment and safety within the organization;
？ Monitor KPI overall status, analyze the trend and identify opportunity for continuous improvements, and monthly report the CIP status of each department and drive the improvement in every area within the company; provide guide and suggestions to departments for CIP implementation;
？ Assist in calculating the production capacity, head count requirements, problem solving in order to generate maximum productivity, minimize production loss, prevent wastage;
？ Co-ordinate and implement AGM global central CIP activities, benchmark and share experience with other operations; Liaise with AGM global CIP team to enhance and promote CIP activities and alignment;
？ Develop the lean culture in administration department and support the KAIZEN;
Requirements
？ University degree, bachelor or above; majored in Engineering discipline;
？ At least 2 years CIP management experience as manager, merit in working in multi-national company with 6 sigma black-belt and Lean certified certification, automotive experience preferred;
？ Familiar with method of quality management, project management and manufacturing process improvement;
？ Good command of English, especially on listening and fluent speaking, CET-6 or above;
？ Good communication skills and coordination capability, teamwork sense with strong result orientation;
？ Skilled in team management with sense of leadership.
