主要职责Key Areas of Responsibilities:
？ 生产设备维护保养及维修，解决设备出现的故障和偏差。
To make the preventive maintenance of company productive equipments, taking care of failures, deviations and reparation.
？ 按照计划进行设备维护，降低设备非计划停机时间。
Repair machinery within minimum time according to the established schedule.
？ 参与新设备和新机器的安装和验收。
Participate and collaborate in assembly and acceptance of new installations and machinery.
？ 参与备件和消耗品的管理以消除停机。
Participate in the management of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime.
？ 培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备。
Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations.
？ 向设备主管汇报工作，例如在设备方面出现的异常等。
Report to maintenance supervisor about his activities, e.g. new deficiencies detected in the equipment.
职位要求Job Specifications:
？ 机械本科或机电自动化
Mechanical or electrical automation
？ 至少3年相关工作经验
At least 3 years in a similar position
？ 需要有自动化设备（绕线机、压焊机）维修工作经验, 熟悉电磁线圈制造者优先考虑
Experiences with coils winding, resistance welding machines and processes. Familiar with coils/solenoid manufacturing is a plus
？ 熟悉电气、电子、机械、工业维护和自动化
Be familiar with Electricity, Electronics ,mechanics, industrial maintenance and automatism
