Principal Accountabilities ＜Key areas of responsibilities and functions ＞
1、Capable to design and update
a) 2D and 3D product and mold drawing;
b) Fixture or jig drawing;
c) Layout of the plant drawing;
All drawing shall be meet Company, Customer and Project Manager’s Requirements;
2、Maintain document and drawing daily;
3、Match Companys Core Value during the customer visit;
4、Keep safety, quality, cost and service value during the daily work.
Engineering experience ( ＞3 years experience);
1、Familiar with CATIA and TS16949 quality system;
2、Familiar with Autocad, Unigraphics and solid edge;
3、Good English communication with writing and oral ( mandatory);
4、Spanish will be preferred.
5、Good as be team member and team work
6、Focus on detail;
7、Follow companys discipline
岗位职责：
1. 产品公差设计（DTS、GDT、RPS）；
2. 公差分析建模与验证；
3. 检测计划制定；
4. 配合尺寸公差设计及测量设备、检具招标，负责技术评价及签定；
5. 参与测量设备及检具的规划、制造、验收；
6. 试制件匹配尺寸管理；
7. 批产初期陪产及尺寸分析；
8、把控产品图纸的审核；
9、和CAE工程师合作优化产品设计；
10、负责根据客户的需要设计出大致的方案并安排部下工作；
12、根据客户的需要开发和更改设计；
13、根据实际情况修订公司图纸标准；
14、完成领导要求的其他工作。
