工作职责：
? Install engine on the test bench with all instrumentation and measurements devices；
在试验台上安装发动机
? Make performance tests, emissions, applications, durability, statistics on the production and prototype engines, preparing test reports；
对产品及样发动机进行试验，排放，应用，耐久性测试，提供相关测试报告
? Replace engine components in dynamometer and stand；
在台架上更换发动机配件
? Monitor and collect the parameters of the engine under test as requested
收集发动机性能参数
? Perform maintenance and control of test devices
测试设备的维修及控制
? Check the operation of test equipment
检查测试设备的运行情况
? Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。
能力要求：
? Diesel engine knowledge；
了解柴油发动机
? Attention in details (must)
必须注重细节
? Proactive attitude
主动性Technician Degree with experience in related area
工程技术相关学历背景
? Experience on dynamometer operation
有一定台架操作工作经验
