工作要求Job Requirements:

1. 熟悉MS Office软件, 良好的英语听说读写；；

Good knowledge of MS office , good command both oral and written English skill;

2. 汽车行业背景, 有在不同业务部门工作的经验(销售，项目，运营等)；

Background of automotive industry, and experienced in variant business department (sales, project, operation etc);

3. 有产品线管理的相关经验;

Product line management experience ;

4. 责任感,专注的,主动的;

Accountable, dedicated and proactive ;

5. 高动力和人际交往能力;

High motivated and strong interpersonal skill;

6. 领导能力和战略性思维.

岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1. 负责伟速达中国定义产品线的发展策略;

Responsible for VAST China sales/marketing strategy;

2. 作为负责人,协调伟速达中国内部,支持全球相关产品线的业务活动;

Coordinate within VAST China as a leader to support global product line development activities;

3. 负责该产品线产品整个生命周期的利润预算和结果;

Responsible for P

4. 负责该产品线产品整个生命周期的成本结构和不断改进;

Responsible for product cost structure and continuously improvement;

5. 负责该产品线产品的报价和业务策略;

Responsible for RFQ and new business acquisition strategy;

6. 负责该产品线产品整个生命周期的投资规划和预算批准;

Responsible for investment and budget approval covering entire product life;

7. 参与公司方针策略的规划和管理,建立并执行长期的目标和任务;

Participates in formulating and administering company policies, establishing and execution of long-range goals and objectives;

8. 效力和效率方面的持续性改进;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

9. 担任由总裁定义的不同管理委员会和任务的团队成员或其他任务

Serves as a member of various management committees and task teams as identified by the President; or other task assigned.

10. 支持其他部门的工作;
