Job Description:1. Lead/ drive operational excellence for IT Infrastructure including end user service, network, telecommunication, access controller...2. Good knowledge and experience in Lotus Note System.3. Installing, supporting and maintaining computer hardware and software4. Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within Windows Server 2003 environment.5. Analyzing and resolving computer or any other informatics facility problems, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password6. Maintaining Windows, anti-virus protection, email, backup, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.7. Work with user community and support team for SAP ERP running.8. Support IT procurement and managing all business IT assets life cycle and related documents .9. Delivery end user training on IT tools.Required Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree in computer sciences and technology or related;2. Good English and Mandarin communication skill and enable work with global team;3. Compellent working experience for international company in IT department;4. Good knowledge in windows 2003 Server and Lotus Notes System;5. A strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues related to IT infrastructure.6. Experience in SAP ERP implementation and maintenance is preferred;7. Male is preferred.
