IT Specialist for Application Maintenance and Support JD 1. Accounts management Create, delete and manage accounts for AD, exchange, FTP, VPN and other application system in windows or other OS environment; 2. Data, folder and printer security issue Manage data and folder access right on file server, FTP server and other application server, manage access right for printer server; 3. Meeting system Arrange Web meeting in WebEx other meeting systems for internal end users; manage meeting accounts; 4. License management In charge of license record and maintenance for applications (e.g. MS, CATIA, PS and other OA software); 5. OA fixed asset management Manage IT office hardware fixed assets, assist Finance dept. to record fixed asset code 6. Other tasks Requirement: 1. Junior college or above education background, major on Computer Science and Technology or relevant speciality 2. Good at English reading, speaking, writing, listening 3. Having experience in IT field is preferred 4. Understand IT security policy 5. Have good communication skill, have patience and chariness to deal with detail jobs
