Location：BY (宝应1人,提供食宿, 具有竞争力的薪酬和广阔的个人发展空间，公司地点和工作环境较好) JD: 1.Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 2.Plans and administers procedures and budgets. 3.Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. 4.Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. 5.Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. 6.Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. 7.Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. 8.Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit. Generally supervises semi-skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., assemblers, operators, clerical support). Qualification: 1.Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering,management; 2.8+ years related working experience, 5+years in a foreign manufacturing company; 3.Working experience in Automotive company and know TS16949 will be preferential; 4.Good communication and management skills; 5.Good English skill in both oral and written.
