RESPONSIBILITY 1) Manages and develops a team of engineers/technicians. 2) Works on breakthrough improvement projects to meet/exceed process yield goal in annual plan. 3) Involves in critical problem solving and quality improvement. 4) Leads production line move and startup projects. 5) Initiates 6 sigma projects. 6) Process audit and compliance. 7) Supports material cost reduction projects. 8) Champions in Change Management process. QUALIFICATION 1) B. S. degree or above, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other equivalent ones. 2) Above 8 Years of working experience with at least 3 Years working in the role of leading engineering team. 3) Good quality knowledge (TS16949 quality system / automotive customer interfacing experience). 4) Systematic problem solving methodology (6 Sigma GB/BB). 5) Strong focus on driving continuous improvement. 6) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
