1.Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations. 2.Prepare ,analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports. 3.Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual/quarterly/monthly financial forecasts/ actuals. 4.Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. 5.Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to operation /manufacture managers. 6.Involved in developing, modifying, and executing site policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect. 7.Regularly interacts with site management team on matters concerning several functional areas, departments and/or supplier, customer.8.Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation. 9.Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations. 10.Provides reconciliation ,tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations together with finance team. 11.Be responsible for managing 2-3 members control finance team.12.Erroneous action/decision will result in critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities. 13.Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent related experience(5-8 years),for manager 8-10 manufacture experiences.
