Responsibility: 1) Assists import leader to handle raw materials importing, work closely with the broker on the custom clearance. Follow urgent shipment and arrange the priority. 2) Equipment import, apply for the pre-inspection certificate for old machines. 3) Inbound cargo local CIQ application. 4) Maintain logistic data base, including import and export, keep the hardcopy record. 5) Work with the broker to get the custom clearance sheet timely. 6) Verify the forwarder and broker invoice and make payment request with a list. 7) Work with the handbook specialist on the handbook QTY balance. Qualification: 1) College degree or above, major in foreign trade or other related major. 2) About 1-2 Years of related working experience. 3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. 4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability. 5) Experience in foreign trade area is preferred.
