Responsibility:1. Provide best services to production, engineering and other functional departments and ensure that their needs are fulfilled at required time.为生产部、工程部和其他职能部门提供相关服务并确保他们的需求能按时完成。2. Take overall responsibilities for sourcing of all indirect materials for production, spare parts for equipment and factory utilities, tooling, etc.负责非生产性物料、设备备件和厂房设施的建造及维护、刀具等间接物料的采购工作。3. Ensure the best value of purchased material, e.g. lowest price and good quality.确保所采购物料的高性价比，低成本且高质量。4. Establish and develop good suppliers base for above material 建立及开发好稳定、高效的供应链。5. Maintenance ERP system to reflect actual status.及时的更新和维护好ERP系统里相关供应商和零部件的信息。 6. Control inventory of indirect material, spare parts and other goods/material at lowest level.把非生产性物料、备件的库存控制到最低点。7. Have good communication with serviced departments (incl. finance)与所服务部门（包括财务）保持良好的沟通。Qualification and Requirement:1. College degree or above.专科及以上学历。2. 3-years related experience.三年相关工作经验。3. Good communication and negotiation skill.出色的沟通和协调能力。4. Team work spirit.良好的团队合作能力。
