任职要求：-College degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or equivalent. -Self-motivated, friendly user interface. -Good command of spoken and written English. 职位职责：-Follow and conduct company IT policies and procedures -Maintain desktop, laptop, and other infrastructure components for Windows servers and LAN -Be familiar with MS Windows family (Win XP, Win2K, Office, outlook etc.) -Be familiar with IT PC, printer, fax, phone etc. hardware -Has basic network and server knowledge. -Daily user support and data backup -IT issue tracking -Virus protect and check . - End user training - Troubleshooting and problem resolving skills on users level , 1st level issue support - IT asset and inventory management - IT security management
