职位要求
Business and operational representative for HR issues for specific functions, responsible for the HR management and development of employees, responsible for coaching and advising managers and employees for HR related topics.
指定部门的人力资源业务伙伴:负责人力资源管理和员工发展工作,并向经理和员工提供人力资源方面的指导和咨询。
1. implement personnel planning and proactively take suitable measures and channels to attract and recruit people.实施人力资源规划并且主动选择合适的方式和渠道吸引和招募人才;
2. responsible for staffing, e.g. probation talk, contract renewal, salary review and etc.负责员工管理,如:试用期谈话、合同续签、薪资回顾等;
3. in charge of employee development e.g. contact talk and employee development discussion.负责员工发展,如:发展对话、个人发展讨论;
4. participate in the personnel marketing activities such as special job fair, campus promotion and etc.参与人力资源营销活动,如:专场招聘会、校园宣讲等;
5. participate in or lead a specific HR project 参与或主导指定的人力资源项目。
要求:
4 to 8 years HR work experience, expertise in recruiting or employee development, basic understanding on compensation and benefit system and leadership development, MNC HR experience is preferred
4-8年HR工作经验,精通招聘或员工发展、对薪资福利体系和领导力发展有基本认识;跨国公司HR工作经验优先;
- be initiative and high work independency, HR project experience is preferred

- strong learning ability and result oriented很强的学习能力和结果导向;
- Excellent communication and convincing capability优秀的沟通能力和影响力;
- good pressure coping良好的抗压能力
- Good command of English oral and written良好的英文;
