2.5 yrs working experience, 2 yrs supervisor experience 
3.Good English or Spanish 
4.TS -16949 knowledge 
5.Preventative maintenance 
6.Lean Manufacturing 
7.Basic concepts of pre-synthesis and synthesis heat reatments. 
8.Initiative and decision-making capacity 
9.Night Shift available
