-Createequipmentpreventivemaintenanceprocedures.
-Assistintrainingofproductionoperatorsandmaintenancepersonnelonproductionequipment.
-WorkinteamenvironmentwithQualityandApplicationEngineersoncurrent.Productionissuesandfuturecustomerprograms.
-Safetyawarenessisapriorityrequirement.
oAdheretosafetyrulesandpractices.
oIdentifysafetyequipmentandprovidesafetytrainingonproductionprocesses.
oPromotesafetyinallactivitiesandbealeaderindealingwithsafetyissuesthrough-outthefacility.
-Createandupdateproductionfloordocumentsrelatingtoproductionequipment:
oProcessflows,PFMEA,controlplans,operatorworkinstructions,routingstandards.
-Planandoverseetheinstallationandstartupofmanufacturingequipment.
oTrainoperatorsandmaintenancepersonnelonnewlyinstalledequipment.
-PlananddefineproductpackagingspecificationsandassistPurchasingDepartmentinimplementingthepackagingspecifications.
Qualifications:


-BSdegreeinEngineeringand3-5yearsexperiencewithmanufacturingassemblyprocesses.
-Hands-onmechanicalexperiencewithelectro\\mechanicalproductionequipment.
-Desiretospendtimeonproductionfloordealingwithequipmentissues.
-Goodproblemsolvingtechniques.
-Teamoriented
-Likesworkingwithpeople.
