Responsibilities

- Support Sales & program team to understand, analyze and specify customer requirements, conference call weekly or more frequent required;

- Get early AGM involvement in Customers' advance design;

- Use QFD methodology to work out solutions, Generate product /system functional and performance specification document;

- Develop and design electric & electronic system including circuit calculation and design, debugging and defect analysis;

- Work with US team and suppliers to improve and achieve good overall system performance;

- Conduct bench test/simulation for system/vehicle level analysis, Verify product function and performance against specification on bench and in vehicle;

- Provide technical support , troubling shooting for product application issues;

o to manufacturing site build, e.g., assembly, testing set-up,

o and customer build,

o and supplier manufacturing, e.g., sub-system design and development, SMT & testing process,

Qualifications

- B.S Degree in Electrical /Electronics /telecommunication /mechatronics / automation or equivalent;

- 2+ years experience in circuit design and development, have overall R&D process concept, experience in automotive or LED lighting electronics preferred;

- Experience in using CAD tools e.g. AutoCAD/Pro-e/UG/Matlab /Simulink for system design, analysis and simulation;

- Familiar with SMT & and testing, debugging processes, software programming & telecommunication BUS experience preferred;

- Strong technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required;

- Quick in learning and understanding new products and technologies;

- Knowledge preferred in structured problem solving skills/8D, TS16949/APQP, project managements;

- Knowledge of PC applications, e.g., MS excel, PowerPoint, Project;
